The mission of Pathways Institute for Lifelong Learning® is to foster in persons 55+ a quest for lifelong learning that enriches the mind and spirit to pursue wisdom, service, and understanding. Pathways Institute programs are offered to Messiah Lifeways® residents as well as individuals in the wider community.
Each fall and spring, more than 30 courses are offered onsite at Messiah Lifeways at Messiah Village, on a variety subjects including history, arts, religion, contemporary issues, science, technology, wellness, etc. These opportunities also include hands-on offerings and off-site excursions.
Important Dates
July 30: Fall 2024 Catalog available online
August 6: Fall Kick-Off/Open House Event from 1:00 – 3:00 pm in Hostetter Enrichment Center at Messiah Village
August 7: Registration is open to those who want to purchase a membership*
August 15: Registration is open to everyone, including those who choose not to purchase a membership.
September 3 – November 21: Beginning and end of the Fall Term
*Membership is valid only for one term/semester. You can purchase membership when registering for the Fall 2024 courses.
