Hostetter Enrichment Center, Messiah Village 10/21/2021This course will provide participants with information on the history and health value of the mushroom. Tasting of various foods that use several different types of mushrooms and recipes will be available. As always, participants need to remember to eat a very lite lunch prior to the course.

Bouchra Boutaleb - a Moroccan native - will share about her culture and cuisine. After a cooking demonstration, you will get a chance to enjoy chicken tagine - the traditional Moroccan dish. Only authentic ingredients and fresh local produce will be used.
